This page describes rules and Agreement for all Steam Workshop submissions.
Please read carefully and accept before continue to our our tools / guide.
TendoGames Co. , Ltd. a company organized under the law of Japan. (hereinafter “TendoGames”) uses and protects any information provided through surveys and contests on its website (hereinafter also referred to as the “Survey”).
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BY REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICES, OR DOWNLOADING THE GAMES AND OUR MATERIALS, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) WITH TENDOGAMES SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT REGISTER FOR, ACCESS, OR USE THE SERVICES, OR DOWNLOAD THE GAMES FILES AND MATERIALS.
Wherever used in these Terms, “you”, “your” or similar terms mean the person or legal entity accessing or using the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Intellectual Property:
All assets of any TendoGames/Them and Us source art are ONLY for use with our games and are subject to the same End User License Agreement that you accepted when you installed one of our games. If you are downloading this material without owning any of our games, those same conditions and EULA still apply.
For anything related to content owned by third parties (such as other games, movies, books, TV shows etc.) you must check with the proper rights holders. Please also make sure you comply with any other applicable laws and regulations.

Other Important Rules:
1. Don’t call your mod ‘official’. Your Fan Content should be clear that it’s unofficial. Please do not do or say anything which makes anyone think we endorse or support you. The Fan Content you make based on our Games is solely your responsibility.
2. Do not say that the artwork is yours if is not. Try to give proper credits always.
3. Please be respectful to other players and our Games. Do not do or say anything regarding us or our Games that is illegal or could harm our Games. Your fan Content can use our Games of course, but please do not infringe the rights of other people or businesses (such as other games, movies, books, TV shows etc.).
4. Your submission must not contain offensive content. (e.g. racism)
5. Age appropriate. Make sure your Fan Content is suitable for the Games’ target audience. If your submission contains inappropriate content. (e.g. nudity, gore) – it must be marked as such using “Content Descriptors”.
